For the last twenty years, Jan-Arne has been advising successful entrepreneurs in corporate finance matters such as company sales, acquisitions, mergers, revenue and profit growth, capital and fund raising, etc. Finding the right business succession solutions for entrepreneurs is something he especially enjoys. Whether a business owner wishes to retire, free up time for a new business or seeks to grow the business to the next operative level, Jan-Arne has valuable experience to offer across most industry segments. His experience has taught him to value individuals within a strong team.

Jan-Arne’s earlier career was in the financial services sector where he held a wide range of positions such as CEO of a small UK bank, President of a US broker-dealer, Global Head of Corporate Advisory for a large Swiss bank, Head of Europe for a large Canadian bank, Head of Wealth for the largest bank in the Caribbean, etc. He gained experience from working in the US, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, Switzerland and most of all from the UK.

Jan-Arne is a Norwegian who considers the UK as his second home.

Roz Palmer
Expert communicator and detailed project manager

With over ten years working in corporate finance, supporting M&A transactions from project management and research to project marketing and developing client materials, Roz has been involved 25+ M&A transactions across a number of geographies and industry sectors and has developed a comprehensive understanding of business owner challenges, the M&A process as well as industry regulatory issues.

A marketing communication specialist of over 25 years experience Roz has a skill set that traverses borders and industry segments, having worked in projects from real estate and commodities to green energy and fashion and run teams in the insurance, publishing, media and healthcare sectors.

Entrepreneurial spirit having previously set up own Marketing Communication consultancy, Roz particularly enjoys supporting entrepreneurs in resolving their business challenges.
